Founder and host of El-ROI Prophetic Channel TV and senior Prophet of El-ROI Ministries International, Prophet- Dr. Freddie Mainga Sikaneta, was born September 21, 1974, in Lusaka, Zambia. He is one of 11 children born to the late Moses Matomola Sikaneta in Namibia, Nantungu Village. Dr. Freddie Sikaneta has had a call in the Prophetic Office since his childhood. 

Growing up in Namibia, Prophet Sikaneta was immersed in ministry from an early age. He served as the youth pastor for seven years at Victory Bible Church in Namibia before relocating for biblical studies in Dallas, Texas. During his college years at the Namibia University of Science and Technology, he was the president of the Christian Student Fellowship at the main campus in Windhoek, Namibia. God’s calling to enter full-time ministry emerged after completing biblical studies at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. 

Dr. Sikaneta received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Namibia University of Science and Technology in 1999, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University in Lansing, Michigan in 2008, a Master of Business Administration from Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts in 2011 and a Doctorate of Business Administration (PhD) from South University in 2024. He is married to Rita Kekelwa Sikaneta from Livingstone, Zambia. 

In 2006, El-ROI Ministries International was Launched in Dallas, Texas. After the COVID-19 pandemic hit America, Dr. Sikaneta relocated to Columbus, Ohio, where he currently works for the State of Ohio and serves as a college professor at Sinclair Community College.

In 2025, Dr. Sikaneta reopened El-ROI Ministries International and began church planting in Columbus, Ohio, and Springfield, Maryland, as well as in Serenje, Zambia. Additionally, two new branches are being established in Oshakati, Namibia, and Katima Mulilo, Namibia.
